We have only just purchased this project and had an amazing amount of challenges to get it over the line, we will not only tell you all about it, but show you exactly what we plan to do with it.

  We only got access to the property on the mid March and the RACE is ON!

We will be mid way through a time sensitive renovation incorporating some exciting and rarely exposed renovation elements.  This property began in a state of major disrepair, filled with rubbish, with even squatters living there at one stage. 

Banks WOULDN'T LEND to would-be purchasers, so a number of accepted offers had fallen through and the property had been on the market for a while. And not to mention that any Permits had Long EXPIRED on this property before we got our hands on it.  

Most people would be scared off by this deal - but NOT US! We are using every little bit of skill and experience we have gained over the years to turn it into a renovation delight in ONLY 3 MONTHS..so the race really is on. 

You can be part of this hands-on excursion by bringing your safety gear and having a go.  But please be aware that this is an ACTIVE RENOVATION and you are accepting the risk for yourself by coming onto the building site. We must insist that you bring your own safety equipment including gogles, approrite footwear, ear plugs, gloves, etc
